Racers Edge Beef Jerky was founded in 2016 by Richard Kolodka.  His goal was to support his kids' motocross racing by selling the highest quality beef jerky.  Racers Edge Beef Jerky has since started to become an increasingly popular item at motocross tracks in Ohio.
